At the October 11, 2008 Special Meeting of members, the proposal to change the Bylaws passed by a large margin.

Members were asked to vote:
Shall Article XII, Section 1 of the Bylaws be changed from:

Section 1. The regular annual meeting of the members shall be held on the second Saturday of the month of April each year at the hour of 1:00 o’clock P.M. If the day for the annual meeting of members shall fall upon a holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour on the first day following which is not a holiday.

To READ:

Section 1. The regular annual meeting of the members shall be held on the last Saturday of the month of April in each year. The date may be changed, for good reason, at the discretion of the Board of Directors, provided that the membership receives at least 30 days advance notice of such change.

Votes were:

307 Yes, I agree to this change in Article XII, Section 1 of the Bylaws.

38 No, the date should remain as currently specified, on the second Saturday in April.
