Itemized Deduction

In 2012, the Association paid a total of $20459.06 in real estate taxes. There are a total of 1137 lots that share the cost of these taxes by payment of their Association dues. Each lot’s share is $17.99. If your 2012 assessment is paid in full, and you itemize deductions on your income tax, you can claim that amount on line 6 of Schedule A.

Burning Permits

Remember, burning permits are required (by WDNR) from January 1 through June 1 if there is no snow cover. There is no charge for a permit. You can get your permit at the clubhouse during regular business hours. (Permits also available online: dnr.wi.gov/wisburn)

Calendars

2013 Dutch Hollow Lake photo contest calendars are now available.

Calendars contain the 13 top photo winners on the calendar pages, along with summary pages of all photo contest entries.

2013 Dutch Hollow events, board meetings, summer hours, local area events, and local contacts are also included in the calendar.

They are only $10 each. Calendars may be picked up at the Association office during regular business hours, or can be mailed to you (see below).

To mail one calendar, our cost is an additional $2. To mail two calendars in the same envelope, our cost is an additional $3. If requesting more than two calendars to be mailed, call for pricing.

Credit cards are accepted during regular business hours. We will mail only if prepaid, including mailing costs.

We also have a nice selection of 5x7 blank note cards. These have the top 13 photos on them. Available for $2 each.

2013 Assessment

The 2013 Dutch Hollow Lake Property Owners’ Association assessment mailing went out 12/1/12. It was due and payable 1/1/13, and becomes subject to interest 3/1/13.
