Itemized Deduction For Real Estate Taxes
In 2009, the Association paid a total of $18,421.51 in real estate taxes. There are a total of 1163 lots that share the cost of these taxes by payment of their Association dues. Each lot’s share is $15.84. If your 2009 assessment is paid in full, and you itemize deductions on your income tax, you can claim that amount on line 6 of Schedule A.

Clean Boats, Clean Waters
Volunteers will need to attend a short training session and also donate a few hours of time on three busy summer weekends to handout materials and inspect boats at the landings.

This important program will help to keep invasive nuisance aquatic plants out of Dutch Hollow Lake, and educate boaters. Please consider helping!
